The beach is only 5 minute walk away and is connected to the famous Coastal Pathway which connects a huge stretch of coastline all the way to Currimundi.  The local Stockland shopping centre is conveniently only a 10 minute walk and features Coles and Kmart amongst other specialty stores.

You will enjoy air-conditioning any time you want it, but there are also lovely sea breezes throughout and a rooftop deck area to enjoy some outdoor entertaining with ocean glimpses over Bulcock Beach.  There's a dishwasher and plenty of tasteful decor to enhance your enjoyment of this prime property and you can even see a snippet of the Glasshouse Mountains in the distance from the balcony.

There is onsite parking on the left hand side of the property that would fit 2 cars or you could fit a boat/trailer and a second car.
